Very quietly I take my leave, a composition for voice and live electronics, was written as a farewell to Bowling Green, OH, marking the conclusion of two meaningful years pursuing my Master's studies. Drawing inspiration from Xu Zhimo's 1928 poem, "Saying Good-bye to Cambridge Again," the piece intertwines excerpts from works I created during my time in Bowling Green into the fixed media.
