What is collected

Orders. When a score or recital ticket is bought, the name and email address given at checkout are kept together with the order details, so the purchase can be delivered, supported and recorded. For recital tickets, the names of the attending students are also kept to run the event.

Messages. The contact and inquiry forms send the details typed into them (such as name, email, and the message) to hello@aaronchungmusic.com.

Payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored here. Stripe may send a receipt to the buyer’s email address.

What is not collected

This website has no advertising, no tracking pixels and no analytics. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and is not sent anywhere.

How it is used

Information is used only to deliver purchases, answer messages, run the recital, and keep order and tax records. It is not sold or shared for marketing.

Who else handles it

Stripe processes payments. Hostinger hosts the website, its database and its email. Videos are loaded from YouTube (using its privacy-enhanced mode) only when a video is played, and YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies.

Keeping it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for support and tax record-keeping. Messages are kept in the mailbox until they are no longer needed.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information held about you, write to hello@aaronchungmusic.com. Records that must be kept for tax or accounting purposes cannot be deleted before that period ends.
