Who is selling
Digital scores and event tickets on this website are sold by Aaron Chung, Markham, Ontario, Canada. Questions about an order can be sent to hello@aaronchungmusic.com.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is handled by Stripe, so card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are never seen or stored by this website.
Digital scores
A score is delivered as a PDF (or a ZIP of PDFs for a score with parts). A download link is sent to the email address given at checkout and is also shown on the confirmation page. The link works for 14 days and up to 5 downloads. A new link will be sent on request.
Each copy is stamped with the buyer’s name, email address and order number, and carries a hidden marker with the same information.
License
Scores are licensed for personal and single-ensemble use. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the file. The composer retains all rights to the music. Questions about other uses are welcome.
Refunds for scores
Because a score is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final once the file has been delivered. Exceptions are made when a file is damaged or incorrect, the same score was bought twice by mistake, or the file could not be delivered. In those cases, write within 14 days of purchase and the problem will be corrected or the purchase refunded. A refunded order’s download link is switched off.
Tickets
Tickets are for the events listed on the Tickets page, including the studio recital. Each ticket has a QR code that is checked at the door. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
